Follow these 4 easy steps to place an order at Orlando Espinoza:
1. Place items in shopping bag -select desired size,color,quantity
2. At checkout, you will prompted to enter your shipping address and billing address. If you are a return customer, your information will be retrieved automatically.
3. Enter payment information.

When is the order process complete?
The checkout process ends when you are assigned an order number. This number will be assigned after Orlando Espinoza has verified that the information you submitted when ordering is correct. You will then receive an order confirmation e-mail, containing the details of your purchase.

Please make sure to enter your exact billing information (first and last name, middle initial, billing address, and credit card number) as it appears on your credit card statement. Sales Tax (ILONLY)
Sales tax is applicable to Illinois residents. Receipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A tracking number will be issued and emailed to you once your merchandise is ready to be shipped. If you want to track your order shipment, you can do so in the following way:
1) Refer to your shipping confirmation email for the UPS Ground tracking number; then simply enter your tracking number on the UPS website at www.ups.com to track your order shipment.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Orlando Espinoza wants to ensure you are fully satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of receiving your purchase we will accept returns if the following conditions are met:

1. In order to facilitate the return of your items you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at returns@orlandoespinoza.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include in your email your order number and specific items requesting to be returned.
2. The item must be in original condition, unworn, free of damage, and with all hangtags.
3. Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and return form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
4. Orlando Espinoza must receive the goods within 7 working days from the date you receive your return number.
5. Products cannot be returned to any other stores where Orlando Espinoza is sold. We do not accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery. Please follow the stated return instructions and send all returns insured, along with the original invoice to:

PLEASE NOTE: All SALE purchases are final. Returns on sale merchandise will not be accepted. Please shop carefully!

If the required conditions are complied with, Orlando Espinoza will refund the entire cost of the product. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within approximately 3-4 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase on the US Site. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.

All orders are shipped ground and insured. We require signature on all package deliveries. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that at this time we are not able to offer overnight or Saturday delivery.

Customs Fees
International orders will incur a customs fee. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to determine the additional customs charges for your particular order.

The following information is a general guideline on charges levied by Canada and is subject to change.

Canadian Customs
Canadian duties, taxes and fees on items shipped to Canada are established by Canadian Customs. Taxes, PST & GST, will vary based on the province to which the items are shipped. Customs will determine the duty by the value of the merchandise. Please Note: As part of the NAFTA agreement, all items made in the USA will be duty free; however, they are still subject to PST & GST taxes.

Refused Shipments- If you decide to refuse any shipments from orlandoespinoza.com, you are responsible for the initial shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the initial and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to orlandoespinoza.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
